Free Financial Health Evaluation (Vancouver–Portland + Nationwide) — Get Audit‑Ready Fast

Audit‑Ready Books Start With One Clear Diagnostic

Get a Free Financial Health Evaluation for your medical office or service-based business. We’ll show you where your books are leaking money, how much risk you’re carrying, and what it would take to get truly audit-ready — with clear options for ongoing bookkeeping + tax support.

We offer this free so you can get clarity first and decide next steps with zero pressure. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.

What This Evaluation Is (and Isn’t)

  • Is: diagnostic + roadmap + options
  • Isn’t: tax advice for your specific situation until engaged (if that’s your policy), not a full cleanup during the call, etc.

Who You’re Meeting With

  • You’ll speak with a GTB professional trained in our Audit‑Ready Clarity System™
  • Senior‑level oversight (no junior handoffs)
  • Medical + service-business specialization
  • Tax‑aligned bookkeeping support (and optional tax filing through our Senior Tax Accountant)

Your financial data is handled confidentially using secure, encrypted cloud tools with documented audit trails for key transactions.

What You Get in Your Free Financial Health Evaluation

In one session, we’ll walk you through four things:

  • Where your books are leaking money (and why)

Missed deductions, bad coding, unreconciled deposits, insurance mismatches, job-cost gaps.

  • How much tax and compliance risk you’re carrying

IRS exposure, audit risk, payroll/1099 issues, documentation gaps, compliance red flags.

  • What it takes to get truly audit‑ready (timeline + priorities)

Cleanup scope, timelines, what needs fixing, and what can stay as-is.

  • Your best options for ongoing bookkeeping + tax support

Flat-rate monthly bookkeeping, Tax-Smart Bookkeeping, and the Bookkeeper + Tax Integration System™.

By the end, you’ll know exactly where you stand with IRS recordkeeping requirements and what your best move is — whether you choose GTB or not.

Free Financial Health Evaluation — FAQs

Brian Giesler posing with his right hand holding his chin with a serious face.

Q: Is the free financial health evaluation really free?

A: Yes. The evaluation is free. If you choose to move forward with cleanup or monthly services, we’ll give you a clear, flat-rate proposal before any work begins.

Q: Do I need everything organized before I book?

A: No. Come as you are. Messy, behind, or partly done is fine. The whole point of the evaluation is to see what you’re dealing with and what it would take to fix it.

Q: How soon can we start after the call?

A: In most cases, we can start cleanup within a few business days of your approval and onboarding.

Q: Do you serve Vancouver–Portland only, or nationwide?

A: We’re based in the Camas / Vancouver / Portland area, but we serve medical practices and service-based businesses nationwide.

Q: Can I keep my current CPA?

A: Yes. You can keep your current CPA, or you can use our Senior Tax Accountant for integrated bookkeeping + tax filing. We also have affiliations with local CPA's in both WA & OR we work with.
